Each laser cutter has its own wattage, which is a measurement of power - because this varies between lasers, they all have different material settings and you should pay attention to the materials settings cards found by the laser cutters. Also some materials are better on the higher power lasers - for instance, 1/4” acrylic is better to cut on our 100W and 120W lasers.

All of our laser cutters are made by a company called Universal Laser - they use a piece of software called the Universal Control Panel (UCP) to receive your print files, preview your cut, and control the machine.
